Senator Wagoner moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as                                                                
a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 106 "An Act disapproving all                                                                     
recommendations of the State Officers Compensation Commission                                                                   
relating to the compensation, benefits, and allowances of state officers;                                                       
and providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so
